Y Type Strainer

Y Type Strainer with Manometer
Y-type strainers are used to remove unwanted solids from liquid, gas or steam lines with a perforated or wire mesh straining element. These devices are integrated into pipelines to protect pump lines, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment. Manometers are used to monitor filter clogging and pressure losses, thereby monitoring filter performance in hot/cold water systems, compressed air, saturated steam and acid/alkali free liquid fluids.
